Marketing Your Indianapolis Home With Lighted Signs

Today I wanted to show you just one small thing we do to make ourselves and our listings stand out from the crowd; the lighted sign. Every real estate agent in Indianapolis who lists a property will install some of sort sign to market your home to buyers who happen to be driving by. One of the things we do to make your listings stand out is we use a lighted sign. Our lighted signs add hours of marketing at nighttime when other listings and signs are invisible. Here is a picture of another agent’s listing without a lighted sign at dark:

I promise there is a red, white, and blue sign in this picture. In contrast, take a look at our listing at the exact same time at night:

What a difference! Now admittedly, a lighted sign on its own is probably not going to sell a home. However, it is all of the little things and the attention to detail that does sell a home in this market. These signs do draw attention to them if for no other reason than they are unique. People driving or walking by them at night do pay attention to them and they do draw eyeballs and that is the name of the game.
